Oatmeal-Raisin Bites

OATMEAL-RAISIN BITES

INGREDIENTS:
 
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup whole-grain wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup raisins, chopped
 
Mix all together and drop on
cookie sheet.  Bake at 350^
until browned.
