BottleTree Chili Recipe

2 cups white sweet corn

1 quart diced tomatoes

32 oz beer

1 large onion, diced

1 large bell pepper, diced

3 tablespoons chili powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

2 tablespoon ground cumin

Sautee peppers and onions until soft.

Add tomatoes and corn; simmer 10 minutes

Add beans, beer and spices, mix well

Bring to a boil for 5 minutes

Reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes
