Chef Bob's Fried Cabbage

Ingredients:
1 or 2 heads of cabbage, sliced
1 onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup oil for frying
salt & pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup soy sauce

Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add sliced cabbage. Add salt and pepper. Stir fry and allow cabbage to brown a bit. Mix soy sauce and sugar. Pour over cabbage. Quickly place a lid on top and steam for 15 minutes.
